Himalayan sound healing, quietly offered

Sound, breath and stillness in Kathmandu — and retreats into the Himalaya — held in Nepal's living tradition by Yogi Ji, a Yoga Alliance certified Nepali yogi honoured by the Government of Nepal.

Next retreat · Gosaikunda, Kartik 13–17, 2083

Go up, and let the noise fall away below you

A retreat with us is not a resort with a timetable. Mornings open with yoga while the valley is still cold, the middle of the day is for walking or for nothing at all, and as the light goes the bowls and the gong are played. Groups are kept small on purpose, and everything is carried by the contribution, so that once you arrive there is nothing further to arrange.
